2 bedroom 1-2 bath apartment, 1 garage space, about 800 sq. ft. |
| $990-1250 |
2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level townhome, 1-2 car garage, about 1000 sq. ft. |
| $1250+ |
3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment or townhouse, 1-2 car garage, about 1200 sq. ft. |
Most landlords want a 1 year lease with no pets, but this is not always
the case. Rental units come furnished with a stove and refrigerator,
and electric, phone, and cable are usually paid by the tenant.
